I was really hoping this lid would fit one of my mugs. Although true to size, the threads do not match the cup so as you can see it unfortunately does not fit either. I really think it's a well done cover and it seems like it's great otherwise too!

it's so bright and cheerful love this straw lid. It was a fun way to spice up my glass. It comes with a couple of hard pink straws, but the softer silicone straws come through the hole (and I had the pink one today. The lid has withstood a few drops and does a good job on the top rack of the dishwasher.

I like the product Simple Modern. In 2018 I bought two Journey Travel mugs for my daughters which are destroying every mug they have ever had. I ordered the replacement lids listed in the product description to fit all Journey Travel mugs, but received the wrong item twice. I would really like to have a normal cover as a spare. Many Thanks.

The name says it fits Journey travel mugs, but it doesn't. Our mug was less than a year and a half so I figured the design hadn't changed much in the time we broke the lid and needed a new one. Disappointed that we have to get a generic silicone lid or something to continue using our mug.

This is one of those products that does what it's supposed to do and does it well. The vacuum mug has quickly become my favorite coffee mug when I'm working on the computer. Doesn't leak. The coffee stays hot. It's easy to drink from and finally, that the company sells a replacement lid rather than forcing me to buy a new mug when I broke the original lid (which was entirely my fault) makes this product stand out. Excellent work.

I had to buy a new lid because the locking tab broke and wouldn't close because the plastic was too worn. One thing about the lid in general is that it can be difficult to clean as there is a spot under the lid next to the hole that requires something small like a Q-tip to clean properly. I wish I could just buy a new flip cover instead of the whole cover. I don't like to be wasteful. Although this is my favorite glass!

The lid is great when it's NOT broken, which unfortunately is quite easy to do. Except for a tiny notch, nothing really keeps the top flat part from separating from the base, which "screws" into the cup. This often results in the lid only rotating when you try to unscrew the cap. At first I thought it was a single defective cap, but then it happened to my replacement as well. Instead of ordering another lid, I just glued the two pieces together.

I really like Simple Modern's products. They keep my coffee hot for hours, products don't leak and are easy to clean! I've had the mug for over a year now, no problems. The original cap that came with the purchase broke a year after use, which didn't bother me because I bought a replacement for such a cheap price. My problem now is that my replacement broke the exact same way. It breaks up just below the lip as shown in the photos. I will still buy another replacement because I love this…

I bought these glasses because for Christmas I got a 16 oz classic S/M glasses without lids. It was described as matching this glass. Well just received and it doesn't fit and can't be returned. I would not recommend this case to anyone and it was misdescribed. Update: After a bit of research on the Simplemodern website, it turned out that the 16oz University jar I received is different than the classic 16oz jar and therefore has a different lid. . Still doesn't change my rating of this item as
