Product works well but arrived with a different product and it was leaking everywhere. 3/4 of the bottle spilled as it spilled and filled the box and at my step it stayed and also spilled into the organizer in the box. So for 40€ I got NOTHING. Revain will replace if I send back. Actually, everything is in the trash. Disgusting.

I didn't have high hopes for this product due to a large and heavy urine stain on the carpet near the litter boxes which I found difficult to clean with soap and soap could clean other stain remover. After carefully following the directions, including allowing time to soak and vacuuming for a few days after drying, this almost completely removed the stain.

I purchased this product to try and remove some lingering odors from an area of our carpet that had been repeatedly soiled. I have used this product in combination with a steam cleaner instead of my regular steam cleaning solution. It seemed to work at first but the smell returned after a few days.
