Great Wireless Receiver

The SINGCALL Wireless Supermarket Restaurant Receiver is an amazing device that has made communication in our office seamless .Using this product, our team found that it is incredibly easy to set up and use - the buttons are easily visible and the different tone options are great. The wireless receiver HAS a really strong signal and we can even receive messages from far distances. However the only con is that the battery life could improve and sometimes the charging cable can be finicky…

That eats up batteries and your precious time.

Plan to reconnect all pagers every time you change the battery. It requires a lot of action and is frustrating. The batteries drain quite quickly even in standby mode. I want to remove the battery if I don't use it every day, but then all settings are erased. I've also received a couple of completely dead pagers. When I contacted customer service they said that they often have long stocks and wear out. No suggestion to replace the battery - mostly bad luck. I should have sent it back straight…
