I wanted something to burn essential oils in my bathroom while getting ready for bed at night. Part of my effort is to unwind and relax before bed. This oil burner is perfect. I love the look and the tealight holder and warming tray are thick and durable ceramic. I dim the light in the bathroom and the burner glows pleasantly. I love that there are no wires or a machine to plug into. It's just soothing. Exactly what I was looking for.

Large, well made, attractive. I didn't know I would love the little handle on the candle holder so much, but it's so handy you won't burn your fingers sliding the plate under the wax melter. I've used both oils and wax cubes and both work well. As long as you clean/scrape the wax melter while it is still hot, it will clean fine. The price is great - something I could pay twice as much for in a gift shop.

Shiny things are difficult to photograph, so you can't see how shiny they are in the photo. That is beautiful! I liked it so much that I had to order more! Got this out of curiosity (and cheap alternative) for warming up massage oil to gain more experience. FYI: It is possible that this product could cause some oils to get too hot for skin contact as it uses an incandescent light and only has one mode. I turned it on, waited 2-3 minutes and then tested it on my fingers and skin before using it on my partner. So be careful how you use it. The wood is thick and heavy for such a small part. The ceramic is also very thick, I ran out of liquid a couple of times and my candle kept burning (oh no!) but the ceramic didn't crack or look crappy. I continued to use it and was more careful with my suppositories and liquids.
