Works great in can openers

It sits under our can opener cabinet and works great. We used the tape method to hang it in case we want to move it, but it seems pretty durable.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Has problems

Much easier! for jar opener

I have trouble grasping a jar with one hand and twisting the lid to open it. It makes sense to keep both hands on the glass and to help the device with the lid. So much easier! Many Thanks

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • Useless functions

I really need something like this, my hands can't do what they do.

Haven't tried it yet. The problem is that there are no small screws to attach it under my closet. I need something like this badly, my hands can't do the same as they used to. I'm sure and hope this will make opening the jar easier once I find the screws to secure it.

Pros
  • One-year trial version
Cons
  • Available in white only

I cannot recommend this opener.

The depth is too shallow to make sufficient contact with the lid side of the jar. The mounting screws are where the lid of the jar will be. If the mounting screws are protruding downwards, they will prevent the can's lid from being fully inserted into the opener. This opener works better with plastic lids but not as well with metal lids.

Pros
  • Waiting
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Not as good as we would like. on can openers

Gripping teeth meet very close to top of lid. It didn't work for Motta apple juice bottles. The upper edge of their cap is strongly rounded. The flat side of Mott's cap is too low for the teeth to reach. The lid or cap can only be pressed slightly into the device. The range of the fangs is too small. The shape looks very nice but needs to be changed so that the teeth are lower. In this form I advise against the purchase. It could be a lot better.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket
