SinglePoint Solutions - Easy to Use Cloud Hosting Platform

I like that it is very easy for me as an individual user (not IT)to use this product without having anyone else involved or needing any training from their side - which makes using them much more efficient than other products out there! The only thing about single point i dislike so far has been when they have had issues with my website being down but not always knowing why/how long etc would be nice if we could get some sort information back regarding what exactly went wrong at times?
