Overall this item is amazing at a great price. If you're using M.2 NVMe or SATA with a few thicker components on top, the exact fit of the heatsink needs to be adjusted a bit to prevent the (slight) downward bending in the middle of the stick. I put a washer under the NVME drive to keep it from sagging under the stiffer heatsink. It also provides clearance between the thermal pad and the components. Well, buy it just because of the large radiator. I chose two because I was running my OS on a cell phone from an m.2 slot. Received and installed today. My Visiontek 500GB nvme m.2 SSD ran at 35-37 degrees, sometimes reaching 40. Right now when I'm typing, the drive installed on this card registers 22 degrees and reaches a maximum temperature of 30 under load. I leave the fan on run at half speed to extend fan life.
