Have found this to work primarily in salads, which is what it's intended for, although I was hoping to use it with sandwich fillings and bread. I bought this for salads to separate wet ingredients (chopped tomatoes) and oil from a fresher dry salad, but it immediately spilled tomato juice all over my new lunch bag. ! I like it but wrong color. The choices were blue, transparent (shown in purple), and pink. So I ordered purple and got blue. I saw different colors in the description but since there was a specific color option to choose from when I ordered I thought it would be ok.
