Have found this to work primarily in salads, which is what it's intended for, although I was hoping to use it with sandwich fillings and bread. GOOD: Plenty of room for vegetables (salad) and plenty of room for salad toppings. a small plastic knife easily cuts tomatoes and cucumbers. I even halved my sandwich. Fits snugly and still doesn't leak BAD: The refill container is barely enough. Not even close. Thought I'd give it a try because I might attract a glutton, but no, it's about the size of a serving of ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard you'd put on a hamburger. Very little. I had to add more from a bottle in the fridge at work. So unless you're using oil, which I'm not sure won't spill, be prepared to bring extra refills. Forks are missing. He has a hard time poking through lettuce/spinach etc which is the whole point of this set lol.
