Avoid this product. All containers flow like crazy. When I first bought a set of Sistema containers years ago, they were all airtight. Since then the quality has dropped a lot and that's very sad because I really like the designs of AFK Sistema.

Why design a product with a dual locking mechanism and a rubber seal that appears to prevent leakage but is actually the least effective in this area. I mean I'm not talking about a slow leak when the jar is held upside down for a long time, I'm talking about the second it goes at a 45 degree angle and you have meat sauce on your lap/seat/field . Really ridiculous for anything other than maybe the retaining screws. Chinese takeaway plastic soup coasters are spinning around them - DO NOT BUY

Have had several Sistema products for over a decade and they have outlived all other brands. So I decided to fully immerse myself in them. They're not airtight, but they're good for sliced fruit and other items that hold some liquid if kept flat in the fridge. Look elsewhere for travel seals (although sandwiches wear well). Note: The largest container in the 16 piece set is 101 oz/3 liters, not 96 oz as stated in the description. For us, 16 is better than 20 because we rarely use small ones. If
