Killed two 100W USB-C cables

Connected to laptop, everything worked fine. Disconnected and reconnected several times to see how it works. The blue light on the adapter turns off and the laptop stops charging. Try a 65 watt cable and you'll be fine. Try another 100w cable and it works again. Reconnected a few times and now this cable is bad too. The 65 watt cable works without any problems.

Holds up very well best in computers and accessories

It works great. The magnet is stronger than expected and holds well even when I'm using my phone. The cord is very close to the car phone cradle and sometimes when I put the phone in the cradle the jack actually plugs in by itself. After the first one I ordered 3 more to have wherever I charge my phone. I like the lack of wear and tear on my USB connector from plugging and unplugging the cable.

Will destroy your device

Initially I really liked this item for the first 2-3 months. I was able to easily charge my laptop with magnets. Unfortunately, this destroyed the USB-C port. The port stopped working completely. Fortunately, today we managed to replace the entire motherboard under warranty. My manufacturer came to my house, replaced my motherboard and now my laptop is working again. It's a very handy device, but not worth ruining your device. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I miss Magsafe on Macbook

Charges the M1 Macbook Air and Intel Macbook Pro. I haven't tried data transfer, just charging. This brings back the functionality of magsafe while retaining the benefits of TB3. While the claimed performance isn't as fast as the TB3, it does work in a pinch. What's really good about this adapter compared to others is that it's so unobtrusive that it easily leaves another port exposed, so you never have to remove the part that needs to stay connected to the computer. Holds firmly, plugs easily

These adapters are great for easy plugging in and reducing the normal wear and tear of your USB-C port. With the constant plugging and unplugging of cables, these ports are often damaged or simply worn out. I find this adapter kit particularly useful for connecting Android Auto to a car. The magnets it contains are strong enough to hold the phone on the cord without having to unplug it. The Samsung Galaxy S20+ can be charged at 3 different speeds and comes with a charging case and cable to access all 3 speeds delivered, including the fastest charging speed - most bricks and cables can't carry power for it.
