Charges the M1 Macbook Air and Intel Macbook Pro. I haven't tried data transfer, just charging. This brings back the functionality of magsafe while retaining the benefits of TB3. While the claimed performance isn't as fast as the TB3, it does work in a pinch. What's really good about this adapter compared to others is that it's so unobtrusive that it easily leaves another port exposed, so you never have to remove the part that needs to stay connected to the computer. The magnet has just the right amount of force, strong enough not to accidentally knock the cable over, but not too strong not to detach the cable if someone trips over it. MBA is 30W, MBP 13 inch is 60W, but it has up to 100W, so it can also fully charge 15/16 inch. I prefer the right angle, but that's user preference. No more rough plugging and unplugging of fast charging plugs in the living room. It also has a small indicator light to show it's plugged in and charging. I've been looking for them for a long time and finally found them. The rest were either too bulky, lacked data transfer capability, or were much more expensive. Very happy with it, hope it holds up but there doesn't seem to be many sources of failure other than the electronics inside.
