Not really dishwasher safe

This product says it can be washed in the dishwasher but it really isn't. It melted so much I couldn't tell it was pouring out of the dishwasher, and then I finally realized it was my cold coffee maker. I would like to take a photo because it was funny how much this product actually shrunk.

Ease of use is good for coffee, tea and espresso

I always make coffee and then put hot coffee in the fridge. I know it's a bad idea but I honestly didn't know cold beer makers existed. It is very easy to use and the coffee tastes great. If I want hot coffee in the winter, I just warm up a cup in the microwave. An excellent coffee course has worked well for me. The coffee is not ground.

Great cold coffee maker!

This 2 liter Sivaphe deluxe cold brew machine works great, holds lots of coffee, is easy to clean and has a convenient spout. I use two of these to keep up with the demands of always having enough iced coffee on hand. The plastic case is good so don't worry if you drop it. Highly recommended.

Well made but no instructions

It had no instructions, no recipes or hints on how to use it. I have no idea how much coffee or tea to use per amount of water when making a cold drink so it was trial and error. I wouldn't use boiling water for this as the plastic can degrade at that temperature. I had no issues with the functionality and it seems well made - it even came with an extra filter - but that frustrated me. The filter doesn't sit deep enough for an effective base to water ratio for a cold brew concentrate

Bought this to make cold coffee for me and my fiance. Loved the easy to clean filter. However. It is not possible to match the right amount of coffee grounds to the amount of water you intend to use and even completely submerge the coffee grounds in the carafe for a full soak. It's also not possible to brew half/reduced portions with the correct ratio of ground coffee to water, as the filter doesn't penetrate deep enough into the pot with the water level that low.
