I'm glad I finally tried this product. I read all the reviews before buying, most of them said not to wash in the dishwasher, although they say it's safe. It might ruin it. But I can finally make Caramel Iced Coffee. So far I have been happy and now I have delicious coffee

The plastic cover is not permanently bonded to the glass, it has a very weak rubber o-ring that is expected to hold. It won't be spoiler alert. The ring that came with mine was already stretched and didn't secure the lid at all, so any liquid in the container would only cause the jar to fall off. I didn't even have time to try it because of this idiotic design. Trust me, look for another cold beer maker

The picture shows a cold brew pot and a glass container into which I pour the brewed coffee. So I can immediately prepare another pot the next morning. I use ground coffee, put eight tablespoons in a strainer, add water and leave in the fridge for 24 hours. In the morning I strain the coffee through cheesecloth to get rid of all the soil. This cold kettle is suitable for 1-2 people. It makes an amazing cup of cold brew coffee. I bought this for my niece's birthday and gave it to her to use earlier and she loves it! She says she now has less to spend at local D&D stores. Easy to clean, easy to use and you can use any flavored or regular coffee you want. I used 6 tablespoons of ground coffee and that seems to be the best! Not too strong, but very aromatic. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try it but is hesitant. Don't be…
