I like purple. The helmet is adjustable. I wish it was bigger because helmets are not suitable for African Americans. Even if your actual head size is medium, choose a large one as the pigtails range from 4a to c idk.

I have a very active 2 year old with a big head. This helmet is ideal for scooter, balance bike and skateboard riding. Many ventilation openings ensure a cool head. The only criticism is that the inner padding comes off too easily. He ended up losing pieces and tearing off the velcro straps because they didn't rub his unpadded head properly. Overall a great helmet at a great price.

I bought this to protect my head at work after multiple concussions. Slightly comfortable, little shock-absorbing padding between the head and hard foam. Supplied with only two tiny strips of Velcro of different thicknesses around the inner plastic strap. The top vents let some heat through. Less movement of the outer shell towards my head than my hard hats when I bump into things. Light enough, it won't block your vision, there's access to your ears and goggles. Reliable so far, stays in place
