Skecher used to have a great shoe called the Rockland-Hooper that was part of their Skecher for work line. It was very comfortable, stylish and wore like iron. I wore a pair almost every day for 2 years. When I went to buy a new pair I found that Skecher had dropped them for some reason. So I was happy when I saw the Nerves because they looked like the Rockland Hoopers, only more stylish. I found the fit comfortable, but one downside is that the "memory foam" in the sole only goes halfway down…

The Sketcher shoes were not the same as the photo in the insert. They weren't even in color, they were dark brown as indicated in the photos, they were a variety of colors (mottled and with areas of light and dark, mainly on the toes and front of the shoe). I took photos of the shoes I received and they were very different from the images shown. Not satisfied due to color difference. Revain is sending me a new pair of these shoes, hopefully this time they will be as pictured. Second choice…

The leather section that runs along the upper from the toe to the ribbing (for lack of a better word I call it the tongue) cuts into the top of my foot where it meets my ankle. Shoes are cut or made incorrectly for a number of reasons. 1.) The whole shoe is flat, doesn't stand up high enough and cuts into my foot where the red arrow is pointing in my picture. When I'm barefoot the elastic stretches to the limit, and with socks pulled that tight I think they'll break when I actually wear them…
