I ordered these a size 9 1/2 (my normal size) and they were too big - my heel slipped out. I can't wear them, but I gave them to someone who can. Consider going down a half size. I have several other Skechers that fit me but not this one.

Very disappointed. I should have heeded the warnings of others. After reading the reviews I ordered a half size smaller. They were still too big (mostly wide). And they don't provide any support. Thought maybe I could use them for slippers, but even for that they're not good enough. I love all my other different Skechers but I definitely hate these.

I have no problem with the product, but I have a problem with not being able to return it. The shoes are too big for me and I want to exchange them for a smaller size, but the website doesn't allow me to select the size and color for exchange. I would call the technician but I can't find a phone number anywhere. I have been a top customer for many years and this is the first time I have had any complaints about Revain but now I am VERY disappointed.

I originally bought them at Skechers Warehouse. I didn't think I would like the style or the color but when I tried them on, wow. They are as comfortable and not tight as other shoes in the wide range. If you have narrow feet, they are not for you as they do not offer any material. But for a normal and wide foot, these are the most comfortable shoes. It is recommended to wear them when you need to enter or leave the house.
