I've read many reviews of this shoe and other Skechers shoes designed for comfort during long hours on your feet. I wasn't sure if I should go down half a size because I had mixed feelings about it. I went ahead and ordered the size that is usually worn. For a minute putting them on I thought maybe I should have gone down half a size, but after wearing them all day I felt like I made the right decision. So far, so good. My mechanic friend is on his feet 12-13 hours a day. He must have non-slip shoes and as you know it is very difficult to find one that looks and feels decent. Most non-slip surfaces are hard and uncomfortable. After reading some reviews I found out that other people had issues with being about a half size too big, but I went ahead and ordered his normal size. I thought with the new insoles I gave him they would probably fit. I was right. You can see that they are roomier than his regular tennis

PROS - shoes fit perfectly. Perfect length, perfect width. The shoes have excellent slip resistance (tested in the kitchen, I'm a bartender), good ventilation and anti-splash. Alcohol Abuse I accidentally spilled beer on my shoes and the beer just spilled out and didn't absorb. CONS - Memory foam insoles, but very thin. There is some cushioning, but not enough for my taste. I could be spoiled by the 4 I had before. The laces are flimsy and cheap looking. I will update with actual performance. 4
