We purchased this product in March 2020, in June 2020 we already had to tape off the black outer trim to the posts and cut the posts to fit the black trim for the first install! Very disappointed with the product, Skiltz usually makes great products, not this one!

Very disappointed that it arrived with the cord broken in a few places making installation difficult as the bars connect but can also accidentally loosen if they are inserted into a mesh sleeve. Extremely annoying. $20 for a replacement cable from REI allowed me to fix it myself and left it for future problems but was disappointed that it came in this condition.

The product itself is a good idea. Compact seems to do the trick. But unfortunately the problem with durability. I have already received a defective product (missing elastic to connect the bars) but decided to fix it. After a few months of light use, one of the rods broke and punctured the fabric structure. Good idea for the price but if it doesn't last it's not worth it

I hate this thing! I've never had a problem building anything. It is impossible to connect the poles on both sides in a way that makes it stand stably. After several hours of effort we couldn't assemble it and now it just sits in a corner of our garage. If you force it and somehow connect the sticks, the network doesn't hold up, so connect and treat a broken network or don't use it at all. This is a waste of time and money! I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

That's a lot more than I thought! The assembly is really not the easiest. The early stages pulling the posts through the net and making most of the connections were fine. However, it took two adults 20 minutes or more and a lot of frustration to make the final connection. It was very difficult to align and bring the pipe and fitting together. The outlines of the fabric are the same at first glance, and the directions indicate this. They are held in place by two triangular plastic pieces.
