I have a serious problem with a broken left wrist resulting in massive duck hooks . It worked for me initially, but after a while I went back to the same duck hooks. The yellow plastic plate is not stiff enough to break your wrist. Then I remembered the old trick of sticking popsicle sticks in the top of my glove and under my watch to do the same thing as that glove. First, remember that this is a training glove! I have marked 4 of these gloves, 2 as large and 2 as extra large. They are ALL too small for my hand {usually L or ML Titleist or Footjoy is perfect for me}. The glove teaches you to keep your wrist tight throughout your swing. The large of 4 is one of the larges that I still had to stretch. Although I can get my hand in 3 of them, they are all too tight. If you usually wear M or ML gloves, you should order size XL.
