Was NOT working when I received it

I bought this watch as a cool starter watch for my son and bought it ahead of time when I gave it to him. I couldn't set the time. I downloaded the instructions but it turned out that the C key doesn't work. I have never been able to get the watch to set the correct time. Since I bought it early, I'm not sure if they will take it back and issue a replacement.
