Said to help eliminate odors but smelled awful even when stirred. Thought I'd give it a try because we have 7 cats. I ran back to the best cat litter in the world.

Nightmare. Cats hate the product. Just bought 2 bags direct from Revain to try. Suddenly Skoon gets all my info, signs me up for their monthly service and starts charging me! Damn to find out.

Fits my automatic tray. Good absorbency with no strong odor like other fillers. Tracking is pretty low. I wish there was a "Subscribe and Save" option so I don't have to worry about running out of them.

Regular Skoon is great but my cat is the type to spend 15 minutes cleaning up litter after use. This meant some of those large Skoon pieces ended up outside the box. The large pieces will entice my cat to push them while playing. Not cool. This small size is much better as she doesn't like it as a toy.

I'm a big fan of regular Skoon throw. I ordered this beautiful filler because I needed it quickly, but for some reason the regular bag took longer to arrive. While it still offers great absorbency and minimal odor like Skoon's main fill, the fine fill leaves marks everywhere and drives me nuts. I will not buy any more fountain pens.

I really liked regular litter because it produces so little waste, but I bought a garbage robot and had to switch to regular litter (which I hate!). How happy I was when I saw the new Grain Skunk and tried it in the filling robot with great success! It produces a lot less waste than regular bedding, so I don't have to empty the bin as often. Also, I would rather have traces of diatomaceous earth in my house than leftover clay that becomes sticky.

I spent a lot of money and ordered an approved brand of silica gel but it took a month to get to me. While waiting, I saw an ad for Skoon. We have 2 cats and have always used lumps of clay. Smelly, dirty, miserable. I was skeptical. I ordered a finer grit so the transition wasn't too abrupt so the tracking was more than other reviews. Getting away is so easy! The cats love it! I like the original Skoon except the urine definitely oozes onto the floor. When I changed the fountain pen, my house stunk all day. It was terrible. I had to place the puppy pads UNDER my plastic liner to prevent urine from getting further into the litter box and to try and mitigate the awful smell. It didn't work that well, so we gave it a try as soon as it came out. We once had 2 dirty piles of urine that never dried out or soaked. Day 3 below. The automatic box kept things fresh by scooping
