The ability of context integration is great! We use it with our own apps, so we can't really comment about how well other platforms do this feature but from an internal point perspective I think its awesome that sky hook has such good support around different environments. The best part is that this platform lets you track your customer’s movements through stores! I like that it allows me to trigger an alert when my users enter or exit certain areas of a store, which helps with our customer service process. The pricing is also reasonable considering how many alerts are sent out at once during peak times (we send hundreds per hour). There's nothing about this product we dislike so far! We have used other similar products before but none were able to do what this one does - keep track of where people go within stores after being near specific points/areas.
