The main problem with these backrests is that they DO NOT STAND! Every time I take my earrings off they fall off, even when I wear one earring. These are the first ones I've ever had that do this. You have some others who don't make it into the office.

After getting these foam cushions from Revain I was able to wear earrings I couldn't wear before all day and for 10 minutes with no discomfort.
