Not a very good product. The color faded within a few days. Now light purple. Yes, these are cheap caps with plastic inserts. The threads did not match the truck or bike. I had to thread them.

These are very standard valve caps which were delivered quickly but they did not fully cover the stems of my blue 2016 Hyundai Tucson so I cannot and will not use them. not long enough. I'm not sure if it's my car's design or if it's related to the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System).

These valve stem caps were reasonably priced and with good reason. Although they are made of aluminum, they are equipped with plastic inserts. The problem I have is that the aluminum on the outside turns when I put them on the valve stem and the plastic on the inside doesn't fully seat on the valve stem. If you are looking for something cheap for a valve stem then this is it. However, if you are looking for a quality product, this is not it.

They are very well designed. Think it's just an OEM part packaged as a slime. Many cheap aluminum valve covers are made entirely of aluminum, which will oxidize and deposit on the valve stems, sometimes causing valve stem damage to TPMS sensor stems that are expensive to replace. They have a plastic core, they work great even in winter when salt is sprinkled on the road.
