I must have small ears but the headphones don't fit properly. It's loose when I put it on, and falls over when I bend down to pick something up. Even when I put on my glasses, the slightest movement detaches the glasses from my ear. I recommend the product but it just isn't for me.

It's great but unfortunately I have to say it's awful to put on and take off, the earpiece can't put it on the ear properly and I've already broken it trying to use it just for walking and cycling 🚵‍♀️ . If only they would think of making dressing and undressing more manageable. But I will say that it has a much longer battery life than they say. The sound is nice too, but then again it's like trying to fit a brick or glass contraption that makes it impossible to place over the ear.

Very cool design and the concept of being able to adjust the height of the buds should be more versatile. However, I would like the adjustment joint to be more flexible. Due to its rigidity, it looks unnatural and difficult to combine. Putting on the buds is uncomfortable, but not difficult. It's not something you can quickly do on the fly due to the aforementioned rigidity. The sound is good when the earbuds fit your ear better. Apart from that everything is alright. I don't know if the person who didn't like the sound quality used it for music or something else. Plug your ears with headphones or buy ear cups! No hearing problems when calling, no matter microphone or earphone, very easy to use. I can easily pause my podcast, answer a call, or rewind an audiobook to the next track. Comfort is the best.
