This product will work with the key fob parts that came with my car. I actually connected the side that worked on the factory key fob to this item and restored the key lock function. It works like new. Please note that this product does not have a Toyota logo, but that didn't matter in my case as this replacement allowed me to splice the Toyota logo side of the key fob. At least for now. Also note that the surface is shinier than the factory key ring.

Replacement covers do not normally come without the Toyota logo on the key fob. This one I'm not sure if it's an OEM case or just a great replacement. In any case, it seems to be of good quality.1. If like me you're in a bind then this is a fantastic replacement option. The FOB electronics worked, but the body mechanics fell apart. I didn't want to replace the entire unit for $200-$400 so I went with this inexpensive option. I was not disappointed. I just pulled the electronics board out of the old broken FOB and put it in the new one and voila, it works like new. Highly recommended if you are in a similar situation!
