My TV model is listed as compatible with it but only some functions actually work. The keyboard on the back doesn't work at all. I am keeping it as we lost our original remote but this does an important job.

Great! It worked without programming. My TV didn't have a QWERTY remote, so I ordered one. Works great and looks the same as the standard remote that came with my VIZIO E420i-A0 42" Smart TV.

I ordered this because the remote I got from the TV didn't have a keyboard. The regular side works well, but the Qwerty side is still a little hard on thumbs and some buttons are hard to hit. Maybe it will feel better with time. Will have to wait.

After about 3 years of wearing the thing is almost like new until now. It makes it a lot easier to type in the search, compatible with our Vizio TV, and all the buttons are there after a lot of abuse. I have a toddler who (unfortunately) figured out how to use it, but this shows how easy it is to use. The remote control is small but durable and useful. I like it better than the original that came with my TV.

Great remote, great price. The remote control works perfectly. The only complaint I have is that the paint wears off fairly quickly on the most commonly used buttons. Pros: This remote control works well with my Vizio SmartTV. Luckily I didn't lose my original remote so I have two now. I love that I can use my keyboard to search for Hulu or NetFlix, and I hate using my parents' TV because they don't have that awesome remote. Worth what little I paid for it. I bought this remote control to replace my old remote control for my Vizio 60" Smart LED HD TV.
