Workout:
- auto-detection of training is triggered 10 minutes after the start.
- the workout does not turn off automatically. You can walk 20 minutes, stand for 20 minutes, take a taxi, forgetting to turn off the workout and at home get sky-high numbers of steps and calories that a person is hardly able to spend in an hour.
To track sleep, you need to manually (!) turn on the "do not disturb" mode, you can set up schedules, but if you are late for bed by more than an hour from the schedule, it means that you did not sleep, but simply lay motionless all night. I woke up early - the dream is over for today. The "do not disturb" mode works only in one direction: if it is not turned on, then sleep is not tracked. If you wake up, the mode does not turn off, but the clock will no longer track sleep today. Notifications will not be received until the end of the Do Not Disturb schedule. But the watch will constantly demand to get up and do activity.
The heart rate monitor counts accurately when changing. Problems during exercise: even in the constant measurement mode, they are late and show 110 beats, although in fact 140. While the readings increase, the pulse calms down and it turns out that a maximum of ~ 120 beats is written, although in reality it was more than 140.
There is no smart alarm clock for sleep phases at all.
