The controls work well but the back is coming off - so far we have three of our own and two are broken. I think it's time to find a better alternative - maybe I have too many kids, so

I've already ordered two of these after my dog ate them. Both worked at the same time. Once the batteries are installed, no adjustment is required. I will always order the same in the future if needed.

We lost our old remote control when we took it from the kids. I still can't find it, but this replacement works great. One thing you should do is make sure the buttons at the top for quick access to some apps are the same as the buttons on your old remote.

I ordered this for a TV that I had just bought when I found the TV was faulty. I attempted to return it within two hours of ordering when the TV was found defective and informed I was unable to cancel the order. This was not the case before. It wasn't expensive, but now I have a remote control that is never used.

Works great with my kids TV. The first one I got they dropped and all the middle buttons fell off so I got another and another model that actually came with the TV (it stopped working) so far a missing button still works while mine has another one as a backup, see how useless these TVs are without a remote control!

Removed design from the Vizio itself, the substrate always falls off. Great replacement after literally every button wore out the text on my old one lol.
