I really like that they have some great features for managing orders (shipping labels etc.) as well shipping notifications with tracking numbers! Sometimes it takes awhile to load up but once its loaded there is nothing wrong about this software at all!! I like that you can create your own templates for products. It's very user friendly and easy to navigate. The only problem is that it takes a while to load sometimes. Sometimes when I'm trying to edit something it just freezes up. I also don't really like how it looks. I would like if there was a more modern layout. I think it's worth giving it a try.
