Using this app helped me increase my sales by 20%

The best part of smart where is that it helps us to reach our target audience easily in all over the world, we can also track our clients from different countries with ease. I think there is not good enough option for tracking your clients. It's not easy to get the reports you need quickly. For example, if you want to know which country has bought more than one product, then it will take too much time to get the results. Solid integration partner for multiple cloud applications/platforms

The customer support is very quick to respond to any questions or issues you may have. Their smart where platform works with all of our platforms, so that we can track data across different vendors. I would like to see them add more integrations, such as DoubleDutch's or HubSpot's to be able to connect all of my various apps together in one place and then pull that info into my dashboards. Excellent for Customer Experience Management

The ability to track our customers where ever they are, allowing us see their behavior in different areas of town or across country lines is great! There has been some issues with tracking. Our first implementation had problems when we tried using it at one point during an event but after switching providers things have worked well since then - so far not too many glitches that I can remember though!!
