Excellent for Customer Experience Management

The ability to track our customers where ever they are, allowing us see their behavior in different areas of town or across country lines is great! There has been some issues with tracking. Our first implementation had problems when we tried using it at one point during an event but after switching providers things have worked well since then - so far not too many glitches that I can remember though!! Tracking your customer's movements around you store/franchisee area as much like having them wear smart tags would be amazing. It allows me know what my team members do all day long without being there myself which saves time & money by only needing 1 person present instead 2-3 people who otherwise need constant supervision throughout each shift (which takes up valuable employee hours).
