Perfect Solution For Business Process Management

There's nothing you dislike about this product but I think their support needs improving as sometimes when they answer questions there might not seem like an actual human being answering! The system does everything we need/want from our Facebook live chats so far (we do monthly events). We've noticed some increase of traffic through Instagram due for obvious reasons - people want answers straight away rather than waiting weeks or months after posting something similar somewhere else online!…

Great platform with lots room/incentive growth potential

The speed at which this bot was able to learn all of our questions and answers from us! This helped drive more traffic directly into our sales funnel for each call we made. It would have been nice if there were some additional features included like adding pictures or videos but overall I'm very pleased after having first set up our account. Having an automated tool available to answer customer inquiries makes my life easier and less stressful when talking about something as important as…

  • Ability turn any question type off/on via customization panel located under "Sessions" area once configured properly.a really great feature that is useful across multiple types platforms such Zoom, Google Meet / Hangouts (G Suite) etc where you can enable Q&A only during certain preset break
