Review on SmatBot by William Stevenson

There's nothing you dislike about this product but I think their support needs improving as sometimes when they answer questions there might not seem like an actual human being answering! The system does everything we need/want from our Facebook live chats so far (we do monthly events). We've noticed some increase of traffic through Instagram due for obvious reasons - people want answers straight away rather than waiting weeks or months after posting something similar somewhere else online! SmatBot has been easy to implement and use. We have been able to automate many tasks and increase our productivity. It is very easy to learn and set up. It really helps reduce human error with repetitive jobs. The support from the SmatBot Team is also amazing! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a low-cost solution for automating their business processes. Automation of repetitive task which saves us time.
