You sent me the wrong size

I ordered youth boy 5.5 and they sent toddler size 5.5. I double checked my order to be sure. The boots look high quality but unfortunately I don't know if they fit.

Size does not fit

We bought these shoes for my 12 year old son whose shoes are 7.5 to 8. They were huge! My husband who has size 10 shoes fits in easily. Although the quality of the boots is excellent. They also have great optics. We played around, they didn't work for my son.

Tough but worn

My daughter loves these boots. I was happy with the quality when they arrived, they are heavy and strong. But I was disappointed that the toe on one boot had already frayed (after less than a week of normal wear), especially since I spent the money on it instead of my $25 target pair. Also, I ordered the wrong size and figured I could just exchange it. I was wrong (although I've never looked at their exchange policy so it's really my fault) but they charge a $10 restocking fee and you have to…
