It does what it's supposed to do but considering I paid full price for a brand new box and got a torn box that barely closes, would I do not recommend buying this box. There are many other similar boxes that will most likely not arrive that torn.

This storage item is the best you can get for this price. It looks very cool. It is very easy to assemble. BUT DO NOT MOVE IT WITH VINYL IN IT. If you need to move it, take out your paperwork. Unfasten the fasteners. move it collect it again Add your entries. This may sound annoying, but it isn't. You won't find anything that looks this good and light for this price.

Basically just boxes with a very thin vinyl sleeve. They flatten and snap together easily, but the cardboard doesn't stretch at the edges, so the flimsy vinyl is all that really holds things together on some edges. I've both cried since the OUT OF THE BOX vinyl. I wrapped the assembled boxes in heavy duty masking tape to take stress off the vinyl edges, but other than that I wouldn't expect them to last long.

As soon as I opened it I noticed that the photos look much better than the real product. This is a pressed box with a thin, cheap plastic laminate that is already creased and frayed at the corners when you open the box. The photos and reviews led me to believe that this product is of a higher quality than this one. The recordings seem good and it actually holds the records, but for the price of a box I'm very disappointed. I will most likely return it and go for milk crates because they are…

I love the look, style and flexibility of this box but I struggled with it when it contained multiple records. If I want to pick it up or move it, if I'm not careful to grab it completely straight and head-on, the latches open on either side and it basically falls apart. When I started my vinyl collection a few months ago I bought one of these for the ease of assembly and the classic, understated look. Since then I have bought 3 more. This product came in a Revain box, but the box was sealed with clear tape, not the regular black Prime paper tape. My guess is that this product didn't have its own packaging when it arrived in the US and the seller simply placed it in a Revain box with adequate padding. Damage occurred before boxing; There were no marks on the outside of the box. Regular perfect delivery from the Revain fleet!
