perfect size Lightweight and easy to pack.

A good size pot for a hiker (or two) who only needs hot water for dehydrated meals and hot drinks. I say this because the pot material is flimsy and not ideal for real cooking. I can transport my gas bottle, bottle holder and Giga Power cooker in it. Outside in a duffel bag I carry a windshield and coffee bags.

Very useful, yes you can buy this extremely light weight, I was amazed

very light Perfect for camping Note. do not heat without liquid or the container will not keep its color, don't worry it won't go bad. You can grab it with your hands in seconds after it's on fire. Withstands very HOT temperatures and is therefore very light. You get to know the technology behind this titan, it's amazing.

Pros
  • Super for me
Cons
  • boring packaging

I recommend. for outdoor recreation

Solidly built, worked well and boiled the water fairly quickly. I used it to boil water and make coffee (I bought Snow Peaks lip protectors). Did a good job. I was also able to fit a small fuel can, fuel can stand, MSR plate and close the lid for easier packing. My only concern is that I wish the measurement markings were more visible and I wish I had climbed the screw cap snowpack to try the cold bath, otherwise decent hiking gear, simple, efficient and light.

Excellent pot. It's super light and offers a lot of space.

Excellent pot. It is very light and not only can boil water, but also prepare small pasta dishes. The little slot in the lid is great for draining water, and I can fit a double-walled titanium mug, a BRS titanium plate, a small microfiber cloth, a sponge, and a lighter in it. When carrying the included stuff sack, the 100g fuel canister fits on top of the lid, and Snow Peak's titanium fork fits into the slot and fits snugly into the canister. I can carry all of that and still weigh about 11…

Great lightweight pot

This is an amazingly lightweight cook set. Perfect size for one person. Just right for making oatmeal, macaroni and cheese, tea and everything else while camping. The small canisters for my jet cooker fit inside to make better use of space which is great. Looks very solid, let's see how the handles hold up. I've seen similar convertibles with handles at friends' houses, and they've lasted a long time. The lid is also good for straining water, for example for cooking pasta. The included mesh bag

but it's pretty light so I don't mind

Maybe the 700 is a bit big for me but it's pretty light so I don't mind. I can fit my stove (MSR Pocket Rocket) and a smaller gas bottle in it. If I pack a slightly larger gas tank, I can still fit other gear in it and try to make the most of the space. I've used it on a small wood fire and on a gas stove - both are good (last time I burned with wood I was in a pine forest - I don't recommend cooking over a burning pine - so much sticky soot. little pocket to put it in if you're burning wood…

Amazing pot but strange taste on some foods especially coffee.

Well made mug. Thin and light, it heats water much faster than steel. I LOVE the lid. The whole product is very durable. The only problem is that titanium changes the taste of many foods, especially coffee. This makes the coffee taste very strange. I haven't decided for sure yet, but maybe that's why I'm going back to the Steel Cup. I would like to try an internally polished titanium shell. There seemed to be a difference in flavor with a long spoonful of titanium handled Toaks which doesn't…

Great light mug

As part of a general travel cook set I think the Trek 700 strikes an extremely good balance of lightness, ease of use and portability. In my scenario, a typical trip would consist of 3-5 nights, eating mostly packaged camping meals and coffee in the morning. Instead of lugging around a much larger pot, I chose Trek; The main reason is that I only boil water to rehydrate my food and coffee. The Trek is absolutely the perfect size for these purposes. 700 ml is enough to rehydrate food and a small
