Snuggling up is a great way to fall asleep faster. Note, however, that this takes some getting used to. I would recommend exercising every day to get used to the blanket. People can have a certain phobia associated with choking on things on their body and face while they sleep. My boyfriend can't even wear a bandage at night due to this phobia. No big deal, just easier.
