I love that it's so simple, easy for our users (employees) when creating their own posts! We can see all of what they do in one place which makes collaboration super smooth!! I like that it is easy for my team members who are not social media experts, but do have experience in writing/editing articles or creating videos etc., can easily use this tool as they know how things work! Also very effective at engaging with our customers via email marketing campaigns (which we also run through sociallook).
