I like that it allows me to see what my customers are talking about, where they're located geographically (which helps with targeting), how engaged their followers/friends are compared to other competitors' posts, etc.
It's also very easy for anyone in any department at your organization or business to use without needing technical skills or IT support.
There can be some lag time when posting new content as we've noticed sometimes our updates don't appear immediately but this could just haveβ¦
