I like that it allows me to see what my customers are talking about, where they're located geographically (which helps with targeting), how engaged their followers/friends are compared to other competitors' posts, etc.

It's also very easy for anyone in any department at your organization or business to use without needing technical skills or IT support. There can be some lag time when posting new content as we've noticed sometimes our updates don't appear immediately but this could just have been an issue with us having not fully optimized our accounts yet so more training would definitely help! As stated above there wasn't much of anything i didn't really enjoy though. We decided to go ahead with Sociovis because we had heard great things from friends who used them before - plus you get free data credits too which was another reason why we went with sociovizu over others in the market.
