QC3.0 quick charge port is very slow and doesn't even support Samsung Galaxy S7 Quick Charge 2.0. If you're using GPS and a 2.4A USB port on another smartphone (iPhone or Android), that port actually draws power from the S9. We will return the item to Amazon. Works as expected. Lots of features in a small package at a small price. Very important. Note that the display shows voltage when no USB devices are drawing power. When USB devices pull, the display alternates between volts and amps. I'm pretty sure the amps display only shows the amps on the USB 5V side and not the 12V pass-through cigarette lighter plug.
