🍾 SodaStream Metal Bottle Caps - 2-Pack Review

These plugs are not really metal. These are regular plastic caps with a stainless steel cap on the outside that can be easily removed.

Now if I can easily find a metal/plastic bottle. I'm a clumsy so metal lids seem like a good idea. It was you, now it remains to find a bottle as strong as its cap!

These stainless steel caps are stronger than the plastic original. We expect them to last as long as the nylon seal doesn't wear out, hopefully several years.

Great caps. They at least double the ability to maintain carbonation. You can use less CO2 when carbonating because the caps keep the carbonation. Looks much better than plastic lids.

The quality seems to be normal. It's annoying that you have two of these in a pack, but even more annoying that they come unsealed. I didn't find the seals listed so I ordered additional caps, assuming they would have a seal. Especially for the price.

Great SodaStream Bottle Caps! I dropped two bottles of SodaStream in one week and the lids cracked and the soda spilled. So I figured there must be something better. Found these at Revain and they are great. Very durable. I no longer worry about my hats breaking.

I bought these because I like to carry around big bottles of SodaStream but my plastic lid melted in the dishwasher :/ I know these guys won't melt! They work great with bottles, sometimes I have trouble unscrewing them, but eventually they come out.

I bought these because I've found that plastic caps crack over time and lose carbonation. I bought these to prevent tears but they are not a tight fit and the water flattens out after a few hours. My whole family drinks sparkling water and we use about 5-6 liters of water a day (all our containers) so the water doesn't sit long before it's drunk. I would avoid these caps until they fix the sealing problem. I hoped they would like me.
