Not everyone says that.

I bought this shampoo because the reviews give this shampoo a high rating but that is not what I experienced. This makes my hair very dry. It does say conditioner, but maybe my bottle missed the production line when conditioner needed to be added. Terrible product. I'm glad it's a small bottle and will soon be empty.

DESERVES TEN STARS and here's why:

I don't usually leave reviews, good or bad, but this product is so amazing I had to leave one. Bought this for my 65 year old husband who has gray hair. His hair was dull, dry, lifeless and flat, and his gray hair had turned yellow. After the first use, his hair is incredibly silky soft, easy to comb and lies well, even though we have very hard water. Above all, the brilliant shine deserves mention. When he turns his head from side to side he has the most beautiful shine, almost luminousโ€ฆ

Helps a little

Shampoo makes my hair soft. As for the silver highlight, there's not much of a difference, other than it's gotten a bit darker. I guess I was expecting a bright white rather than a muted one. But the shampoo is good.

Perfect Balance is good for hair care

The product is the perfect balance of shampoo and conditioner with ingredients that bring out my gray hair and make it more silvery. One product does everything. I have tried other brands but this is the best for me.

It Works Hair Care - Shampoo & Conditioner 2-in-1

This is the only shampoo for grey/white hair I've tried and I hate trying anything else. This one works. My white hair has a soft but snow white look. It makes my damaged hair soft and manageable. I damaged my hair trying to decolorize the dark dye I used to hide the gray roots. Just tired from the fight. I was very surprised by the person who said it turned their hair green. I don't understand how shampoo can do that. The shampoo itself is light purple in color but leaves no residue on theโ€ฆ
