Such a chaos! on cardboard

The box arrived crumpled and soaked in soap. It left a bruise on my carpet and a mess on the floor. The containers were only 1/2 and 3/4 full and none of them were sealed. The two lids were only partially screwed on. Now I have to go through the whole return process to get what I originally ordered.

Please seal the lids with tape to prevent them from coming loose during transport.

I have ordered three gallon refills from you. In two out of three bottles, one of the bottles had a loose cap. At the last order, a bottle has about 75% of its content. In this order, a bottle lost about 5% to 8% of its contents. Please ensure that the bottles remain capped for further orders.

Unsealed: Body

Bought for business use. Came with 1 cap and 1/2 empty bottle. Cleaning mess but happy it was soap and not a dangerous chemical. As it was from Revain there was no easy direct way to contact the seller such as B. when purchasing third-party to notify him. I don't want to return the product just disappointed with 1/2 gallon of soap.

Received damaged box and bottle, the lid was broken.

Received a damaged box and bottle, the cap was broken, the product was leaking. The second bottle's cap and neck will be bent, but the product will not be lost. Would appreciate a replacement for a bottle that had a broken cap and lost product.

Does not come with a sealed lid.

Ordered 4 pack. The lids aren't sealed and the cap came off, the soap spilled all over the container, ruined the packaging and it was pretty messy to open. At least it was soap. :)
