Product was fine but not properly sealed and about 1/4 of the liquid soap leaked into the plastic wrap and shipping envelope. I would like to be compensated for the lost soap please. Thank you Beverly Gonzalez

Soft soap with the most pleasant smell! Reminds me of a shower gel in a hotel in Munich a few years ago that we tried to find in the States but couldn't. I was amazed that it was almost identical. So pretty!

items arrived damaged. The top is missing the lid and the soap has spilled into the bag it was placed in. The soap itself has a pleasant smell. I'm just disappointed with how it was sent. I will no longer buy this type of product from Revain.

Mine arrived damaged (but got my money back straight away so don't let that discourage you) but I use those Leftovers of the bottle in the foam dispenser (40% water, 60% soap) and foam up to a silky, pleasantly scented soap. Lasts a long time in my dispenser. My hands become very soft. The lavender smell can be too strong if not diluted for a foam dispenser so I ordered coconut instead of a broken bottle and coconut smells amazing too but haven't used it yet. Original review: Slightly drying and doesn't smell like lavender but doesn't bother my sensitive skin. I also appreciate that it comes in such a large bottle that I can reduce the amount of plastic I buy. Updated to add: After weeks of use, my hands were covered in an eczema-like rash that took a month to clear up, absolutely NOT hypoallergenic!

Good size bottle at a good price! I assume the bottle was packed in a bag inside the box in case of a spill. (It's not) Wasn't too runny (I hate when it is) and the lavender smell was strong, which I like.

This is the worst soft soap I have ever used. I have never suffered from dry skin before. The thing is hard. I can't put enough moisturizer or oil on my hands but they still look dry and flaky. Smells good and strong.

Soap arrived with the top broken. It spilled a little, but that made it harder to pour into my soap dispenser. The smell is just fantastic and I will buy it again. Just try to pack better, please.

sucks soap smells great pleasant to the touch good and inexpensive. But unfortunately it still drips from the bottle. I ordered 2 and there was only one left, that was great, unfortunately there is no way to get a refund without returning the item. I think I'll just write the loss down because most other deals are more expensive anyway.
