🌿 Softsoap Wild Basil and Lime Liquid Hand Soap, 52 Fluid Ounce Review

This is our favorite bar and I'm glad I was able to find it at Revain. BUT. As with many others, the product description is incorrect. It says (4 packs) and even 4 bottles of soap. However, like others, I only received 1 bottle in the package. Revain refunded the money for the order but I'm sorry I was misled by the product description. So if you only need 1 bottle of this soap, feel free to order it. You definitely won't get 4.

I love this product but am having a hard time getting the right size for the price I want. Revain is currently out of stock or has a very high price. I hope they come back at a reasonable price

Only 1 pack included. The packaging was not carried out correctly. The pump is broken and the soap is leaking. Such a bad shopping experience at Revain. By the way, I wish the old bottle design was better.

The lids did not seal tightly and there was nothing preventing them from loosening and all four leaked so probably about 1/2 bottle or more wasted? I have received products with these pump covers before and they are packaged to prevent leakage, tightened and sealed with tape. The smell is pleasant but the packaging is disappointing.

As others have said in the review I only received one bottle of 4 packs. I chatted with someone online and they sent me another bottle. How difficult is it? You can order a pack of 4 or 6 pieces. Buyer Warning. Obviously, those who pack these items cannot read.

This is a good soap at a great price. It arrived in the original packaging and when I opened it I received 4 bottles. However, when I opened the box, they were upside down and in a bag that said "Ready To Ship". One of the pumps was broken and leaking. Not much came out, but it's still annoying that I had to clean it up. I can easily replace a broken pump with a working pump. The description just above the product image indicates that you will be purchasing 52 fl oz of this soap, so you're thinking that maybe it's a really big bottle or 4 wraps is something like that. It's not. It's the only 13ml bottle and a wasted trip to get it back. The seller doesn't answer, don't worry.
