I've been using Aquarium Softsoap for many years and I like it BUT. The manufacturer's packaging offers no protection. Revain put it in one of their boxes, but with only a (useless) little piece of paper on one side. The shipping box was undamaged, but two of the six soft soap jugs were dented at the neck. The product has lived up to expectations, although it has increased in price due to the pandemic. The packaging wasn't very good, two of the four bottles must have been dented on the sides when on top. Luckily, none of them leaked out.

Mine arrived crumpled like others and two bottles are cracked and leaking but I was lucky there were few leaks. So after cleaning the bottles for 10 minutes I put them away and was happy with my purchase. Regarding shipping and packaging, let's revain, you can do better, seriously!

I love this product and have used it for many years. When I opened it I found it was packaged upside down. All 6 bottles had their caps crushed and they all leaked into the box. This order is for my disabled son who lives in an apartment building; I just hope he can handle them like that.

As many reviews say the soap packaging is terrible. Only one of the six containers was undamaged or leaking. I love soap but it's frustrating having five open/cracked soap containers.

None of these bottles were factory sealed and the soap consistency seems thinner than other mild soap bottles I've bought in the past. As mentioned in other reviews all bottle caps were dented. The soap feels normal and lathers well when washing hands.
