Software as a Service Review

I like that we can use it to communicate with our customers in real time via text or video chat (we are an online retailer). It's easy enough so anyone who has basic computer skills could get started using this software without any training at all! I like that it has all our products listed in one place so we can easily pick up where to go next when needed or just have someone else do something instead! It's easy enough even my kids could use this software without me having any training at all!! I love that we have been able to manage our inventory in one place instead or having multiple applications where things can get out-of date very quickly - which leads back into my point above about not being updated with all changes at once! It's so easy now because it was never before!!
