Great product for communicating digitally and remotely

I like that we can use it to communicate with our customers in real time via text or video chat (we are an online retailer). It's easy enough so anyone who has basic computer skills could get started using this software without any training at all! We've been able solve some problems by having someone else do something they weren't good/or trained doing before - such things were previously very costly when done manually through spreadsheets etc., but now its solved automatically & saved us…

  • It's easy to use, and it's easy to maintain once you are up and running it's very user friendly!
Cons
  • Somewhat expensive compared to other providers out there

All your current and past order information is available & accessible

I like that it has all our products listed in one place so we can easily pick up where to go next when needed or just have someone else do something instead! It's easy enough even my kids could use this software without me having any training at all!! But what really helps us out are their customer service reps who help with questions daily no matter how big/small they may seem but always get right back to us within minutes after submitting an inquiry through chat etc.. sometimes i wish i was…

This is amazing for keeping track of your assets and updates

I love that we have been able to manage our inventory in one place instead or having multiple applications where things can get out-of date very quickly - which leads back into my point above about not being updated with all changes at once! It's so easy now because it was never before!! We also don't need an IT person anymore when implementing this product (and others like them) within companies either since their are many ways around these programs without needing help installing/configuring…

  • The ability to use a single source to update everything which eliminates the need of double entries and many different programs which make me sick
Cons
  • It's not much of a downside now and I honestly couldn't say anything negative about it at this point
